The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are personalized for the consumer or that have been produced based on the consumer’s instructions or explicit request.
For reports related to delivery issues (damaged products, etc.), it is necessary to document them with photographs, and these photos should be forwarded to our customer service.
If products with visibly damaged packaging are received, their acceptance must be denied, and the fact of the damage must be documented with the courier.
